help I'm new heres the proble ph-8.6-8.8, amonia .25-.5 ppm , nitrite-1.0-2.0 , nitrate-80 ppm, im three 1/2 weeks from start , amenime died oyster dyed , did 25% water change after that , what's my next move ?

Sounds like you are in the middle of a nasty cycle...An anemone should have never been put into that tank!!Fill us in on exactly what your setup is(size/gallons,filter,rock,sand or CC,total list of livestock)...Let's see if we can figure this out...

55-gal 50-100- gal wet - dry sump 50 lbs live gravel 30 lbs live rock with oysters and coral thats red and purple and some cutured rock thats orange , 1 feather duster, 4 damsels 1 snail, 60 watts of light

Sounds like your tank is still cycling. Also sounds like you were in a rush to fill it with nice things. Corals and anemones should be your last edition, not your first.
Sorry the anemone and oyster died, but your corals are next. Get them out of that tank and perhaps back to the LFS to babysit until your tank levels out.
What kind of water are you using? Did your levels spike, and then level out over the course of the last few weeks? If not, it wasn't finished cycling. If so, have you added anything to your tank recently? How much do you feed?
The more info the better.
