Help!

my clown just decided to ram his head into my frogspawn, it looks like the clown is going nuts now, like he can't see or something
is this bad? what do I do?

I would just leave them. Clowns sometimes confuse corals with anemones. Congrats you have a clown that actually has a host coral. I've been trying to get mine to do that for months since anemones don't have a very long lifespan at all. Good luck with him.
