Photoshop. Under filter, go to Sharpen, and use the unsharpen mask. Play around with the values to get the best results. I find that I usually use the following values:
Amount: between 50 and 150
Radius: between 1 and 2
Threshold: between 1 and 3
I generally start at 100, 1, 1 respectively and go from there. It takes some playing around with to get used to, but you can get some good results with practice.
