Heniochus Butterfly (Heniochus diphreutes)

Hi All,
I would like to add a Heniochus Butterfly to my tank - see below for stock list. I have 2 questions.
1. Would anyone consider that the addition would overstock my 65g?
2. Is it compatible with my current stock list?

It wouldn't be overstocking in terms of bioload, though I feel it would be space. A 65gal is usually a one decent sized fish, type of tank. Which is occupied by the yellow tang. On top of that, I can pretty much guarantee the yellow tang is going to be pretty unwelcoming to a fish in a competitive size.
