Some of you might know, I have set up the 55 gallons tank couple of days ago (like 3 days). What happened was that I work full time on weekends and today when i came back, my fish tank was leaking and about 30 gallons of water were out on the carpets and stuffs. So I freak out and ran to local petsmart and got myself a new 55 gallons tank before the remaining water in my old tank fall off. Fortunatly I didn't lose any fishes and I had set up the new tanks up and running under 4 hours. My fishes (3 demsals) are doing fine and hopefully they will be fine. The question i have for your guys is that my new tanks is tilted about 2 degree forward on the stand and I would like to know if this offset may cause another blow out or problem on the new tank. Can I keep it like this? Please let me know ASAP. By the way, my old tank is old and I got it off someone else. Thank you!

Yes, the tilt could be a problem, it could even cause your glass to "rip" a seam, or make a seam of its own...when they are full, and loaded, they are extreamly heavey, so it is important to get them as even as possible..I have even seen people use a level to make sure...
