Thanks Lisa!!!! Sunny was marked as a "vietnamise seahorses"......between u & me I've never seen or heard of them so I am sure the LFS was misinformed and of course no one there know what they REALLY are
And I got Ruby from the same idiot who was feeding those two big males guppies

SO I am left to identify them myself and I do think they may be kudas
They seem to be very happy, their colors change and brighten and they are eating like pigs and I just got Sunny yesterday so I think that is a gpod start.

i'm gonna go out on a limb and say the red one is ruby...i realy like ruby!
only colors my lfs has ever had is black, so i hope when i get mine they ahve some colors.
there sooo cute

Yes the red one is ruby, she gets really red a lot too. I love the way they change shades....Sunny does it too she will go from a greyish yellow to a very bright yellow. I was very surprised to run into the colors in not one but two different lfs's this weekend. I am doing everything in my power NOT to go back and get one or two more
If there was a male in the mix I def would have gotten another but I am trying really hard to hold out for a male for these ladies!!!

If you can get really good picture of thier profiles i can try and get an ID for ya. There are so many differant species its really hard to tell.

If they are still juvies then you could have a male. It may be too early to tell their ---. What did you say their size is?

Thanks Teresa, I will try to get better pics up soon.....its kinda hard to find free time with three kids, one of which is only 8 months old and stuck to me like glue.

They are about 2 or 3 inches. If u look at the 1st pic I have a sponge from an Aquaclear (?) over the intake if that helps to judge their size.
I do know it is difficult to tell the gender when they are young so I have my fingers crossed I am wrong about one of them but I am pretty sure they are girls. But I still LOVE them to pieces

Beleive me I know abut that stuck like glue, and finding time. I have 4, and a brand new 2 yr old that thinks I'm the only one. ( though I love it)
