Well I just found a 150 Gal drilled tank for $75. I can't pass that up. So I have no choice but to buy the tank, build a stand, ask yo guys 1000 questions (because I have never had a drilled tank, plumbing etc...). Now I can do everything right. Not by listening to advice from a LFS! I can't wait to get started, but I will be taking my time. Maybe I should start my own build thread?????Any suggestions I think I wil do a predator tank and keep my 75 as my reef.

I hope this 150 was not previously owned...if so did it have water in it before you bought it? If you got it from the LPS let me guess.....they had it on clearence right?

Just reply to your own thread and keep us updated on photos and the setup. Those are always fun to watch

Got it from someone who works at a LFS. It is pre owned. I picked it up this evening and it is filthy. Needs alot of cleaning, but for $75 I still think it's a good deal.

Awesome!
Post some pics of the beast will ya?
Give it a real good soaking bath in vinegar water for a while. Check it for scratches, this would be a great time to find and possibly buff those away.....
