If your going reef you might want to get reef crystals. Also you know the naso will get up 16-18". Also the mandarian requires an abundant source of live pods or it will most likely starve. But as far as equipment goes I think your good

So ounce I am ready to put fish in I can put in Aqua-Tech Zoo2 (which contains live copepods you can get more infermation at live aqura) and also get reef crystals

I'm not sure if that aqua tech zoo2 stuff will work. Also some cool looking zoas are fire and ice, rastas, fruit loops, radioactive dragon eyes, blonde eyes and many more just do a search for them

Should be fine except for the mandarian untill you have a huge population of pods and the blonde naso which just gets way to big for a 75g tank

I think the chromis will be ok, but the mandarin could be a problem. Despite the pods that you introduce, there just isn't a sustainable population in a new 75 gallon tank. A single mandarin consumes about 200 copepods/day, every day. You need a very large population growing remote from the display (refugium, or dedicated pod grow out tank), or a large display (100 gallon minimum is usually quoted) that is mature enough and has enough algae to sustain replacement levels of pods. The alternative is to train the mandarin to take frozen food, but that is just a crap shoot - some people are very successful at doing this, others (most) just watch their mandarins starve to death.

U seem willing to listening. So no naso tang. The mandarin , one of my favorite fish. I have 5. You have 3 options.
1 get it first so when u feed its the only fish competing for food.
2 get it last let your pod population start up so he has food while u train it to eat.
3 dont get one.

if I was willing to sell mine that eat frozen I could make a killing lol
