Hermit Crab

I have a hermit that is that is in a turbo snail shell and i had just found it latched on to my pufferfish who likes to be lazy. He was puffed too. Should i get rid of the hermit?

I would, any hermit that would try attacking a healthy fish needs to go. It's only a matter of time before he kills something.
