hermit crabs/zoas

i bought 10 reef hermits yesterday and a few of them are crawling on my new rock of green zoas, the zoas close but the hermits have been all over that rock for the entire day
will any small hermits eat/hurt zoas?
i assume they are just eating some of the sponges and other goodies on the rock, but wasnt sure if i should knock them off

you should be fine, just let them inspect the rock
