hermit question

Does anyone know if those hermits with the anemones on their shells needspecial lighting so that the anemones don't die? Thank You

That's a really good question. You know the problem with trying to answer it? It all depends on the type of anenome. Aptasia are the usual hitchhiker so they don't seem to need anything special since they are such a pest, but if you had an unusual beauty hitchhiking it might need special conditions or else it would perish. Hope that helped.

if its not a pest, u will probably notice if the health starts to drop.. getting bleached, etc.. if it loses the color, get a halide!
