Hermits Eat Shrimp?

I have one scarlet leg hermit which is quite large, about the size of a silver dollar. I have had 3 peppermint shrimp go missing recently. Would the hermit eat the shrimp? I also have 2 cleaner shrimp which are fine.

they probobly were on the verge of dieing and thats why the hermit was eating them

I didn't have them very long, about 2-3 months. They would all die at the same time? I thought maybe the hermit killed them.
