So my instructor told me an interesting story last Saturday...
He's a probational officer...and one of the people he has to keep watch of apparently enjoys to do the "no-no" with his dog (cocker spaniel).
My instructor, and the department he works for hates this guy for what he's doing and obviously find him to be a complete sicko...
The problem......
Beastiality isn't illegal in Florida....that's right...it's LEGAL in Florida....but not Kentucky....
Who in the world decided to make this a state-to-state decision? wtf is happening????

ew, I live here in Florida and I didnt know that. That is so gross. It's animal abuse and should be illegal everywhere.

We asked that as a class... "isn't it animal abuse"? Apparently it isn't because there is nothing to suggest that the animal is being harmed....
see? You only thought that Florida had beaches and Disney...who needs that stuff??? Now we have a good reason why we live here!

I think someone should take him out back.....and let something 10X bigger than him....do to him....what he is doing to that poor dog
TELL ME THIS.....people know this is going on...and they don't kidnap the dog
there is NO FREAKIN way....I could ignore that

My instructor really seemed upset by the whole situation....I'm sure if he knew he couldn't lose his job........well...you know.

I have a sick feeling after reading this....yeah...sad to say I know it happens GROSS....BUT...I just would have to do something....the poor dog...OMG....I have to get this out of my head

legal or not

Dark Maroon: Where "it" is a felony
Red: where "it" is a misdemeanor
Other 17 states have no specific laws against "it"

Florida is just often mentioned because there was a 2005 case, where the law was upheld. Regardless of what we think about "it," Florida courts still made the correct decision as there is no law against "it." As to why there hasn't been a change, can't answer that one...

Well I didn't bring him up....BUT.....I think this should be a federal crime.....

Not so much that they are pro-beastilaity, but more along the lines of not being able to get a bill through, without soo many extra earmarks/attachments on the bill, that it has to be denied...

Well not making light of this....but a cow could probably handle it better than a poor little cocker spaniel....:(

Maybe the guy is hung like a mouse.... Not trying to make light of it either people like that are out there minds and really do need help.
