hey newbies remember to acclimate!

Just a friendly reminder to always drip acclimate your fish and always temperture acclimate your coral. It will save you trouble down the road. If you know this than forgive me, I see alot of lost swf and coral life because of this at my lfs, because people like to dump them directly into their tanks. It takes little time and will ensure the well being of your livestock.

If you look to the left of your screen there is a button to click on that says "Acclimation."
It is a guide that has acclimation procedures for fish, inverts and etc.

I've always likened it to laying on a beach in 95* sunny weather and then in the blink of an eye being thrown into a freezer set to 50*. Going from a 95* day to a 50* day is hardly painful, but to go straight down to that temp from 95* would be a shock to the system.
