Saw in a thread way back when your heater was stuck or something, and your frogspawn closed up. Was wondering if it ever died completely or came back? It happened to me yesterday for over 6hrs of high heat. I can see the whole skeleton of the frogspawn and the polyps on my hammer and torch are very shrunk looking. If this has happened to anybody else please let me know. Thanks!

As I remember the stuck heater cost me a few corals. Stressed everything out real bad...most survived but a few were lost. The best you can do is return the temp to normal levels ...insure you are running carbon to remove possible toxins from the water...and be patient.....plus if a coral does decline it may be best to remove it and not allow it to futher foul the water. A small percentage water change may also help.
