I'm making my red, beef chili tonight but want to make the pork chili verde and use it for tacos in 2 weeks for a party we are throwing

Valentina is all I can help you with. If it's chile, tacos, enchiladas, whatever, it's better with Valentina. Makes Tabasco seem mild, but it is really good.

Usually it can be found in the ethnic food sections, but it is a Mexican product, so if you have a small population of or no folks from Mexico, it may not be available there. It is brutally hot, which I normally don't care for, but really good with any kind of Mexican food.

We've got a huge Mexican and south a,erican population of the illegal variety around here but most of the Mexican/Spanish section of the supermarkets here consist of 'old elpaso' and Ortega sauces.
