I am getting ready to set up my chiller and have a few questions
I have decided to use my magnum 305 canister filter. Can I use the media basket to run phosband, or should I just use the round white filter that goes in there.
I am also going to fit the output from the chiller to the spraybar in my tank. Is this ok. That way I can take out one maxijet

Not sure about the phosban question. I have a rena cannister. I just buy the phosban filters for that unit, but been thinking about putting some in panty hose instead.
Also, that's how mine is hooked up. Intake from tank to cannister, cannister to chiller, chiller to spray bar from cannister. Just went to hardware store and bought hose to fit.
