hi everybody, i am posting from a suburb of Tel Aviv, Israel today. here on vacation with my girlfriend for about a week and a half. in a few days we are all flying to Eilat, the resort city on the Red Sea for 3 days to play over there. I got my digicam and underwater case, so i am excited to go diving in some beautiful Red Sea coral reefs. ill take a lot of pics with you all in mind, so wish me luck :) take care for now, and i will post up pics when i get home.

3 of some of the best dives i have ever done. my flight is tomorrow night, so when i get back, i will have some pretty decent pics for everyone next week!

What are you doing posting messages here when you should be outside either diving, tanning or partying! Hope you are having a great time!

I lived in Haifa for three years and never even got to go to Eilat
you should go to gan ha shlosha.

well i am back stateside guys! thanks for the warm replies :)
i have pics of the rest of my trip, but the diving pics will be a little longer to get, i need to get them off another camera and my dive buddy has to post / email them for me.

wow if i lived in haifa for three years, i would be diving eilat / egypt once a month, no question!!!
i asked my GF and she said that is in jerusalem, and there is nothing to dive there that she can think of??

WOW im jealous. i need to get scuba certified for next time im on vacation...or lake erie has some sweet round gobies

i went to israel for like 11 days last year, farthest south i got was sdei boker. was so annoyed we didnt get to see eilat. my brother's going to israel for the next two months on wednesday. i cant wait until i get back there next summer. im going for 5 weeks with a bunch of my friends. i think im gonna spend a few years there after high school. might go to hebrew u in jerusalem and use the money i spend to go scuba diving on the weekends ($10,000 a year tuition w/ room and board!).hope you have fun there.
also tizzo, israel is 7 hours ahead of eastern time zone.

nisky that is cool. i was last there 11 years ago. i was 16 and spent 5.5 weeks there with another 100 kids the same age. it was amazing, doin gall of the tourist-y things. this time was much shorter but i got to see it from the local's POV. i also got to dive eilat this time :-D
