Hidden Lion, crouching guppies

Dwarf Lion Fish added to my tank four days ago. It ventures out of hidding at night only. Feeder guppies are hard to remove and I don't want to leave them to foul my tank, but, starvation it not what I had in mind for my new arrival.
Any suggestions?

The lion will begin coming out more and more as it gets more accustomed to the tank. What type of lion is it? You can try using live ghost shrimp, these are much healthier for your lion that FW fish, and will live much longer in the tank without affecting water quality, sometimes up to 2 days, plenty of time for your lion to find them and get a good meal. It would be best to wean the lion over to frozen foods or fresh cut SW fish flesh, but this can be difficult sometimes, as some lions can be stubborn. HTH and good luck

Dwarf lions are known to be less active in the day. Had one way back when I had a 30G and it was a stone in the day then transforms into a active hunter at night. But, yeah try and get it of FW fish. It takes patience, but will be good for the fish in the long run

I have no answer to your question (I'm new and don't know much myself), but I love your title! That got my attention definately! Just thought I'd let you know!
