hey all, i just got a Green Bubble tip today. i got it and am really happy with how the bubbles bulbed up nicely. I aclimmated him right, and when i put him in the tank he was doin' all right. however after about an hour of no movement, i thought he found his spot, he retreated into the rock. he is fully open in the rocks but i can hardly see him. Her is under MH lighting and i am wondering whats up. any ideas? is this normal?

id keep an eye on him. but if he dosn't like the spot were he is at then he will move i wouldnt worry about him.

Newly introduced BTA's often retreat into the LR until they get used to their new surroundings. Also the type of light might play a role too. Nothing to worry about, when its ready it will come out from hiding.
