Hiding Blue Tang???

I have a blue tang which i introduced in my tank 3 days ago. I have noticed he likes to Hide. Is this typical of a Blue Tang?

They are very timid fish when it comes to new enviroments...you will probobly hardly ever see him up close for the first few weeks...then he'll warm up to you...alot of younger hippos are also very timid/skiddish.
