hiding fish

I recently added a pygmy angel to my tank. I already had a false clown, a firefish and a purple firefish. Everything was fine for a couple of days except for the fact that the angel tries to eat all of the food. Now the firefish have been hiding for about 3 days and won't come out at all. I don't know what to do, should I take the angel back?
thanks for your suggestions

does the Angel pick on the fire fish at all? I would think that you are lucky that you got a pygme angel that is already eating, and that bold, they usually tend to be shy at first and then getting brave. They may just need time to adjust to the agel being in there, if it isnt picking on them that is. Also try feeding differant foods, something that the angel is more likely to go after, and then something that the fire fish eat and hope that it will get to them.

I haven't seen it picking on them, but when they used to try to come out for food and saw the angel, they would dart back under the rocks. The angel eats EVERYTHING I put in the tank. I have had my firefish since I started the tank and I want them to be Okay.

Firefish are very skittish fish and do not mix well with more aggressive fish. However, dwarf angels are usually not a problem with the firefish. I would let them be for now...see how the firefish adjust to the angel, give them another week, if they don't adjust well then you have a problem.
