high ammonia

please help i had a 125 gal tank the rear corner slit half way down instead of fixing it i bought a 90 gal it's been running for two days. i have my sand and lr in it.The ammonia level is at 1.0 how can i fix this?

the lr and ls is probably cycling your tank you probably have to go through the cycle if your lr is cured it shouldn't take long

Just wait a bit and it'll go away. Once it does, do a 20% water change and then you can then start adding things.

You are looking for ammonia to be 0,ntitrites to be 0 and nitrates to be less than 10 before adding fish. Good luck
