what size tank?
when did you start it and how did you start the cycle? (how much sand, LR, what did you use to start the cycle piece of shrimp or a bacterial additive?)
what equipment do you have?
what is that additive supposed to do?

What do you have for filtration? (sump/hang on back filter/skimmer/etc)
How much live rock and live sand?
