High Nitrates

All my levels are fine except for nitrates are through the roof. what can i do to lower nitrate levels. thanks for your help.

Water changes are the immediate solution.
Then, you need to ask, why are Nitrates high?
*overstocked?
*Overfeeding?
*insufficient water changes?

The larger the water changes the better. When I had a very high nitrate problem, I changed 30 gal at a time in my 72 gal tank. Every three days until it went down....
