High Ph

So my Ph has been at 8.4 for about two weeks now and i cant figure out why. My Ammonia, Nitrite, and nitrate are all at 0. i only use RO/DI water, What gives?

Oh, and i do weekly 10% H20 changes

Leave it alone... an 8.4 is perfect.
What time of the day are you measuring it?

I try for around noon everyday, So 8.4 is really ok, i was told that it was to high and i needed to bring it down to 8.2, good to know, i can stop freaking out

I know it is bad to have it too low, byt is it really bad to have it higher than 8.4?

Calfo recommends an 8.3-8.6 if that makes ya feel more at ease.
It will be lower in the morning before the lights come on and it's highest when the lights go out. You should test it at those two times to get an idea of your range.
