hippo or Naso

Who's hardier...a hippo or naso tang? and in the naso family is the blonde hardier than the other? thanks.

The naso is hardier but if you are thinking about putting it in the 46 don't, the naso gets pretty big and likes to do alot of swimming. the hippo would do better in your tank, and I am not 100% sure of that. Good Luck

Neither one if your tank is less than 6' long and not mature.

Naso's are more hardy by far. I've had about 3 hippo's die in the time I've had one naso. You can also get a small naso, especially if you plan to upgrade.

My Naso is the tank clown I have the same size tank you do and Im currently paying on a larger tank so if you get it small and plan on getting a larger tank later
you should be okay but Ive had mine less than a 7 months and he's grown alot in this short amount of time.

its not that the blonde is hardier its just that alot of people prefer the way they look including me. and by the way i noticed ur from syracuse r u a lax fan u come from the home of the powells!
