if you have a blue hippo tang and it is playing dead if you touched it or tried to get it out of the tank would it move?

of course it would. its just playing dead. if you touch it, it might get scared and start moving again.

Probably got stressed out in a 55 gallon tank. Sorry ofr the loss.

mine died too, after like 4 days, played dead, stopped eating, weird...
all levels are perfect, its a 70 gallon, and only a small puffer and clown in there

I was told by many hobbist that the Blue Hippo Tang don't do well in home aquariums. Some hobbist have great luck with them though. Sorry about your loss...

I have heard that alot depends on how they were caught or where they came from. Sorry for you guys' loss.
