Hitchhiker ID Please

This came in with some zoos i just got. What is it and is it benefitial to the tank. Thanks for your help.

is it ok in my tank. if i take if off the zoos and put it on the sand it finds its way back up to them. Should i trash it or put him back in.

ok i searched what they do on google and it looks like it is the culprit to my dying zoos. is there anything that i can do to nurse these poor things back to life??? Thanks for your help and the id.
