Hitchhiker ID: some kind of feather-duster?

I noticed this on my liverock, in a somewhat shaded area. Appears to be some kind of filter-feeder, anybody know what it is and can you tell me about it? Sorry about grainy photo, it is way in the back so I had to shoot through a narrow hole in the LR.

Im no expert, but i have about 20+ of those on my LR, and they are feather dusters. They are filter feeders, well atleast i dont feed mine!

Correct, they are filter feeders.

They are beautiful, will it multiply assexually? What does it eat from the water - phosphates, water-bourne algaes, nitrates, etc?
