hitchhiker question?

A few min after I put the LR in the tank (new 29g setup) I saw a couple of very small creatures swimming around. They're tiny, smaller than an ant. They look like a cross between a shrimp and a worm or ant.
I know this may be difficult to answer, but does anyone have any idea what this is and weather it's good or bad?
