Hitchhiker: Red bristle worm

I found this Red bristle worm in my 12 gallon reef tank. Is that bad or good? Very tiny but pretty long.

if you have one you have many many more that you havent seen yet. They are common hitchikers that are in EVERY tank. most of them are beneifical and very few are bad those that are , are called fire worms.

How can you tell if it's a fire worm? It's bright red with white hairs.

something to do with the mouth I beleive. you can do a search for fire worm but chances are its just a common bristle worm that wont harm a thing.
