FIRST POST!!!
I saw a clear/white shrimp about a half inch long scoot away extremely fast the other nite. I've seen one very similar a couple years ago. Of course I know about mantis shrimp, and IIRC there are 400 species of them. I'm just curious what you all have seen or think about it. And no, there won't be a pic, he was REAL fast and small.
My story - I have a 150g that's been up for about two years. My light was screwed up, most of my corals gone... only had a few fish left. I almost sold everything off, which my wife would have preferred.
BUT, I bought a new light with 3 250w halogens and 4x96 acnitics, and I've renewed my efforts and bought a few new corals and fish. Unfortunately my coral beauty ate my new frogspawn... trying not to be too discouraged about it.
My hippo tang is super healthy and pretty stinkin bossy with everything I put in there too.
Thanks fer readin
