Hitchhiker Worm?

This little guy is fast and fun to watch. What is it?
Note: I’m almost positive it isn’t a bristle or fire worm... Looks more like a starfish tentacle and it has a solid body with White with Black Stripes and looks like it has Three Heads...

Here is just a crazy guess.... Maybe it is a brittle star that has had all but one leg cut off.. the cut off stubs of other legs could end up looking let heads.... The more I think about this idea the more I am sure I am wrong but hey it didn't hurt to guess..

Hehe, that would be strange... A Mutated Micro Brittle Star Tentacle...

Any other guesses?
