Hitchhiker

I got some live rock for my tank today which is currently cycling...
First few pounds of LR and already got my first hitchhiker.
It looks to be an off grey/dirty green slug with a hunch back (maybe a baby snail developing its shell?) and two long antenna that curl up at the ends...
It's really small.
I've got two questions...
Is this good / bad?
And… I'm not feeding my tank cause there are no fish in it so will this guy starve to death?
If he's good for my tank I'd like to keep him...
But if you guys suggest otherwise, I'll take him out.
What should I do?
Also, I’ve got a dozen little transparent looking bugs crawling all over my LR.
I know these are good but I’d just like to know what they are and what they do for my tank?
Thanks

the little transparent bugs are probable pods. its good to have pods. the little worm is probably a brissle worm. also good for tanks.
would have to get some pics of the others to be sure of what they are.
hope this helps.

The snail/slug looking thing could be a Stomatella snail .... Harmless algae grazer. Do a search and see if that's it. :D

That's it.
I searched all three of those, the pods, the bristle worm, and the Stomatella snail and that's exactly what they are.
Thank you guys for the help!
