Hitchhikers?

I can't seem to figure out what these "bugs" are that are all over the glass in my tank. I know the picture isn't focused up that close, but they are white, about 1MM long and have a tail, they almost look like a "sperm shape". You can see by the pic that they are all over the glass. I have live a FOWLR, and I added Catalina ocean water a couple of weeks ago. Are they harmful?

I think they're Copepods. Harmless/beneficial.

If they are big enough to try to take a digital picture they may be, more specifically, spirorbidae worms. Do a search for these to see if these are your "bugs".
