Thanks for sharing.
Some things:
1) Are those two different types of clownfish? If so, this is not going to be a good idea long term. The one looks to be a Maroon? (could just be my phone) and if that's the case, get rid of it, they get mean as all h*ll when they get larger.
2) CLEAN YOUR GLASS! I can't even see the sand or most of the bottom of your tank to really make a comment on it.
3) It looks like you have some cyano.

Oh.. ahh ok. I will just exchange for another percula clown fish.
Ya. I am trying to get my glass clean but i have no luck with the aqua cleaner.
Are the Cyano a good thing or bad thing?
Also, I noticed a bristle worm today... well to me it looks like a fire worm because i see a lot of red in it. Should i concern myself with it or leave it? I am trying to get a picture of it but by the time i came back it left. It went back inside the rock. For future references if I have a chance to get rid of it should i or should i not? I eventually want to frags like those stone attachment frag and make a side stand using the magnetic cleaner as a supporter. I want to get a flame angel for my final fish of the tank but the lfs said is reef danger to some point. So what are your thoughts on this?

Try using a Mag Float to clean the glass. I use the one meant for acrylic on my BioCube. Occasionally I have to get in there with a clean sponge (one that has been rinsed in both RO and saltwater for days and only gets used in the tank) to get the corners and curves on the glass really clean.
Definitely get rid of the Maroon, it will get too big and too aggressive for that size tank. Maroons are one of, if not the most aggressive species of clowns.
It's probably just a regular bristleworm. I'd say leave it. There the best member of your clean up crew. I only get rid of the larger ones (more than 5").
Cyano is NOT a good thing. It happens in almost everyones tank somewhere though, so don't panic. A small patch is not harmful if it's kept under control. It's caused by lack of flow, too much nutrients (over feeding/inadequate cleaning crew), or bad lighting. Just keep an eye on it. Siphon out what you can with a turkey baster. Look up cyano bacteria which is also called Red Slime Algae for more info.
Flame angels are considered one of the safer dwarf angels to consider. That being said, I personally don't think it would be a wise choice for a Bio Cube. They get larger than some of the other dwarfs and with it being confined in a small area it's more likely to get frustrated with can cause aggression to both other fish and your corals. You'd be better suited with a Cherub, Coral Beauty or an African Flameback if you want a dwarf angel.

BTLDreef : ok, hmm the bristle was really long but i can't find it now. Anyways, would misbar black ocellaris clownfish get along with other fish and with the percula clown fish in the tank already?

Also, what the amount of CC you would recommend. So far I have two tubo snail, 3 pink turbo snail, and 3 shrimps in total. Oh also hermit crab.
