HLLE- help beth

I put a light on my qt tank last night and I am pretty sure that my Tang has HLLE, it is only confined to his face and all the ich is just about gone.
but his face is ravaged. Along all the lines on his face it looks as though someone took a knife and made deep gashes.
help please, as it is getting worse
what do I do next- he is already been in qt for over a week and its still getting worse:help:
