My yellow tang appears to show signs from HLLE, I see there are small holes forming around the eyes and head. I do not see the lateral line part yet....Is this HLLE? and if so, are there any treatments available???

It probably is HLLE. You can often get this into remission if you reduce stress to the fish. IMO, here are the best strategies:
1) Improve water quality (particularly to reduce nitrates preferably at least below 20)
2) improve diet (nori soaked with zoecon (a lipid emulsion that is thought to specifically treat this disease) is an excellent supplement)
3) eliminate stray voltage - a grounding probe may help.
4) give the fish more room - a 55 is a borderline tank for an adult yellow tang.
