hey everyone, been a while since i posted a thread but im still here searching the boards. well my problem is that i have been planning my tank for a long time. well finaly we moved and i have set up my 55 gallon and i have this tank setup around sps and clams. well i have all the things se up; like flow, lighting, fuge is getting built; one thing is left, so i went to a local fish store and asked about dripping for calcium which i planned to do full time kalk drip. i agreeded with everything until he mentioned that kalk is only a buffer for calcium and will dramaticaly raise my ph and i wil have to do gallons a day. he recomended a 2 part buffer as the answer. he was not saying his product or anything but tha 2 par aditives are better and kalk has been outdated. is there any truth in this all i hear is that kalkwieser is great.
thx travis
