HOB for a 10 gal

I currently have an eclipse 1 filtration and lighting hood on my 10 gal. I am going to get a 96W Coralife Aqualight soon. It sits on top of the tank so i have to get rid of the eclipse. So i am considering either the whisper 10(junior) HOB, or the Penguin Biowheel mini HOB as replacements. Which do you think is a better system? Or is there something else that you suggest i do?

i say the whisper because i have a penguin mini on my 5.5 and it doesnt give much room at all to put in any kind of media in a filter bag.
