HOB Overflow SUMP setup?

i have a FOWLR setup 60 gal with a canister filter, aqua c remora hang on skimmer, aggressive setup.
I want to swicth to a sump setup with no drilling and no draining since my tank is mature already.
What do i need to set up a 20 gal sump and how do i do it?
eventually im gonna get rid of the can filter.
and is it possible to put my aqua c remora skimmer Hang on type in the sump?

also are sumps noisey, my tank is in my room practically next to my bed.
it will be under my tank in the cabinet.

You will need a HOB over-flow, either pvc or flexble tubing to carry the water from the tank and to return it, a return pump and valve to control the amount of water that is returning.
Do a search for "DIY sumps" to see some plans, also do a search for "stockman", it's a mod to make the over-flow quiet.
