today i was letting my maroon clown lay down in myhand, anything badwith that? like the oils from my skin?

well first question... why were you doing that?
THe oils in you skin are not good for him. But if you have a portein skimmer it will take care of those. I wouldnt think it would be good though. But it would be bad if your hands were not washed and properly dried of soap befor hand
It is also bad if you hands are not wet. You will take off his slimcoat if he is wet and you are not.

I'm not being a wise'n himer, but if his hand was in the water it........
When i go in to move something in my tank, sometimes my alge blenny comes and perches on my arm.

yea everytime i stick my hand in the water my tomato clown comes and starts headbutting, because he thinks im too close to his anenome

All in all its not a bad thing for your fish. You should wash your hands before they go in the tank anyhow just to be safe. :yes:

i did wash my hands and dried them off, then let them get wet by sticking my hand in the water, i think its just nice to have that relationship with a.... fish :)
