hole in fish tale what is it?

I got my coral beauty about a week ago, its in my hospital tank still. I noticed the day after i had got it that it had a small white spot on its tail. it seems fine its eating, and has beautiful color, but the spot is slightly larger now and now there is a hole in the middle of it. it hasent spread anywhere else and the fish isnt bothered by it. what do you think it is and how should i treat it?

it was just a small white spot on the bottom part of the tale that could be seen on both sides of the fish

Take a look at the Diseased Fish thread and pic of the fish tail with lymphocystis and see if it looks like that.
