Hole in head disease

My regal tang had ich so i treated it with copper. Now my fish is starting to develop what looks like a hole in his head near his eye. Is there any way to cure something like this? All my other fish seem perfectly fine and unaffected.

Try feeding your fish with food enriched with vitamens and also feed them seaweed that has also had vitamens.
did you treat your whole tank or did you use a Q tank? If you treated your whole tank also run some carbon or copper remover to try to pull out as much of the copper as possible.
What do you have in your tank. Do you have LR?

No, I do not have any live rock in my tank right now. I do have carbon in my filter right now, but that was back from when I first set up my tank about 3 or 4 months back. SHould I go out and buy new carbon? THanks for responding to this post. I appreciate it alot that you could take time to respond and help me out.
