My anemone was beautiful on Friday, but this morning I had to right my anemone and just now I realized that there is a quarter size hole through the entire anemone and I can see its guts.
Is it dead?

I never had an anemone in a bucket. This has been in a tank. I don't have a way to test levels. I will have to do that tomorrow.
But I have 305watts of light. 175watts of 20000K MH and 130watts of PC acinitic blue.

oops, sorry....there was someone else with a sick anemone and he got it out of tank and into bucket.
Is it falling aprart or "throwing up/spitting out" anything?

if it looks like its falling apart or expelling into your tank, get it out. What happened, the pic you posted looked great.......

I have not added anything. I will have to check my levels, but if it is dead then I guess I will have high amonia.
my salinity or specific gravity was a little low at 1.018/1.019. I did add more salt, but I don't think that was the problem.
I took it out, but it did not smell dead. So, I am going to wait and see what happens tomorrow. Arggggggg

I would take about a gallon out of the tank and add salt to that gallon, mix it up good and then pour it back in.

Yeah definitely a salinity problem, and probably a pH problem as well.

Here are my specs from my water test today.
1.024 ( this is after I change some water last night) it was 1.018. I think it has leveled off to 1.022.
PH 8.0 ( need to add more buffer)
Nitrates 10
calcium 360
phosphates 0.4 (just bought some poly filter).
Amonia nil
