hood lighting

The lighting on my 46 gallon is 2 of those 18" inch bulbs rated at 15 watts each what would I need to upgrade to so as I could put an anemone in when its done cycling...I want in either a red sea carpet anemone or a ritteri are these goods ones that can be used with a reef tank if I have the proper lighting if not what would I need to upgrade on my tank...

I use a coral lite 50/50 and an atnic with a 10000 lite on both of my 75 gallon tanks.[
