what kinda hood do i use on my 10gallon?

depends on your setup. you could have one made or make it yourself

Yeah, there arent a whole lot of options for a 10G. I have a 10 up right now, and I've been searching for my light selection, I'm either going to go with a coralife fixture or a MH HQI pendant. I may make a hood and DYI myself, but I'm not real sure yet.

I had one made at glass store from 1/4" glass
I had the corners notched out of the back piece to allow tubs for Fug/power lines.

I made mine out of soft pine and used CF lights, I left the back open so heat could escape, it lasted for many years until I went to a MH pendent. MOF its in my storage shed still this day.
