Horse Shoe crab, Trigger?

Would a horse shoe crab be an appropriate tank mate with a niger trigger fish, or will the crab end up an expensive meal....

A Niger trigger will most likely not eat your crab.

I have had a horse shoe crab in with my niger trigger for over a year now with no problems.

Triggers love crab legs almost as much as I do!

A horshoe crab, though, is not the best choice species for a tank, becuz they WILL grow to their size in the wild, they dont stay small, and those crabs, ive seen some, get to be big as like... looking for a word....o, how about this? Ya know those big salad tossing bowls? Like that. They get monstrous. Besides. The trigger would have to get under the creatures plate of armor, and i dont think horshoe crabs are tasty either. If you have like a LAGOON, then go ahead and do it, but otherwise, I wouldnt recommend it.
