Hospital/Quarantine Tank

I just bought a 10 gal which will be used as a hospital or quarantine tank. For a 10 gal you dont need much filtration. I was looking at an aquaclear or whisper filter. What do you recommend for a cheap/effective hang on filter?? Will these work for SW?

They will work.But I would suggest a penguin or a emperor.The smaller ones are pretty affordable.Also what are you going to use to treat with?I suggest you get a small power head for circulation.Especially if using copper.

I was going to use a bubble wall to aerate the tank. that not enough? and it will be copper to treat ick if natural solutions like shrimp and neon gobies dont work.
